Top Producer Systems is an online system that promises to make your business stronger and better. They said they have canned letters that will email out to customers and their system will save you time. I signed up for the system and the letters were horrible. There were letters, but they were so bad I think my clients would be offended to get them from me. I called the customer service rep to cancel and he told me that the system does have great letters and I made him point them out. He could not point them out, so he said that I need to make my own letters, and he went as far as to tell me that I was lazy for not writing my own letters and that I need to “put some work into it”. I was so mortified by his comment I talked with his supervisor for an hour. I told them I want to cancel because the only reason I signed up and could justify the expense was the letters they advertised. The supervisor said they only roll out updated twice year, and that he was going to talk to his editorial team to see if they could write some “better” letters because he agreed the letters were not as good as they advertise. He promised to call me back in two weeks, and told me that he would expend my cancellation period. He never called me back, so I later called to cancel. The customer service person told me that I was past the time to cancel. I told them I talked with a supervisor, and the person told me I was lying. They told me that they have notes of every conversation and that I did not speak to a supervisor. They continued to bill me so I cancelled my credit card. Now they call me every three weeks from a Caller ID Blocked phone number telling me that I have not paid, and that I need to make an immediate payment because I signed up for a year contract. When they leave a message they tell me it is urgent that I return their call immediately. I called them and told them to stop calling me. I told them if they want to take me on sue me, but do NOT call me again. Now they call me every two weeks. They told me they will continue to call me until I pay them. I have called a lawyer and going to sit down with him and explore my options. I wish I had never heard of top producer. I have paid them already more than $700 and never used their system, and they are demanding and harassing for more.
